Roz, our administrator, will be the one who answers your calls and emails. She arranges appointments, manages billing, and keeps things running smoothly.

Roz checks the mailbox regularly and will always aim to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends). If she is not available to answer your call she will pick up your message and ring you back. Whilst Roz is not a medical professional she has great empathy and a good understanding of the services we offer; she will be able to help guide you through your options.

When she is not working, Roz enjoys spending time with her daughter and step-sons, reading and going on bike rides..
