Lesley Gully
Lesley Gully, our administrator, will be the one who answers your calls and emails. She arranges appointments, billing, and keeps things running smoothly.
Lesley is warm and welcoming as well as very organised - she is the glue that holds everything together. She has been working as a medical secretary and administrator for many years and has, probably, heard it all. Whilst she cannot give clinical advice, she is very familiar with how this service works and can answer many questions and queries. Lesley is based at home, not at Oakside House where we hold clinics.

Lesley tends to answer the phone between 9am and 4.30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. If Lesley is unavailable, on another call or away from her desk, she will get back to you shortly. She picks up messages and emails regularly and will reply promptly, usually within 24 hours.

When she is not working, Lesley is often found walking her dog or looking after her grandchildren or parents.
